Social Counselors
Kimama is seeking passionate and value-driven counselors who live and breathe education, connection to Israel, meaningful experiences, and cultural diversity from around the world.
Position responsibilities include:
Leading a group of campers through various activities, while providing a safe, emotionally supportive, and socially inclusive environment. Counselors are expected to foster friendships within the group, monitor campers’ well-being, and attend to their needs on a daily basis.
Position Requirements:

Previous experience in educational or counseling roles (youth movements, Jewish Agency, delegations, kindergartens, schools, etc.)

Bilingual: fluent in Hebrew and English (conversational level)

Ability to work well as part of a team

Respect for authority and structure

Strong facilitation and guidance skills: ability to write activity plans, apply educational methods, and lead sessions

Photographer
The photographer at Kimama Summer Camp is responsible for capturing and documenting camp life — from group activities to full-camp events.
General description:
Passion for working with children and teens, Ability to work within a large team, demonstrating cooperation, positivity, and support, Photographing all camp participants during daily activities – group events, tribe gatherings, trips, and special event days, earning the camp's photography guidelines, managing and sorting photos, and responding to parents' requests received through the office

Camp Medic Position
We’re seeking individuals with medical backgrounds, such as IDF medics, MDA (Magen David Adom) volunteers, or those with other relevant training. The camp medic is responsible for being familiar with all medical cases in camp, managing and distributing medications, and providing medical care when needed. The role also includes opening and running the camp infirmary, and maintaining communication with parents in case of any medical incidents.
Position Requirements:

Valid medic certification from MDA or the IDF
Operations and Logistics Manager
Prior to the start of camp, the Operations Manager is responsible for the physical setup of the camp, including organizing and verifying all equipment and facilities, maintaining communication with the hosting village, and overseeing the logistics team.
The manager ensures the well-being and coordination of the logistics staff throughout the entire duration of the camp.
During camp, the Operations Manager is in charge of daily logistics management, overseeing camp-wide and day-to-day schedules, and translating them into actionable tasks.

Emotional Support Counselor
Supporting staff and campers in handling emotional situations and conflicts, Providing tools and strategies to prevent and manage emotional, behavioral, and disciplinary issues, Assisting team leaders and staff in navigating challenges with campers and peer relationships, Ongoing collaboration with the camp’s organizational psychologist, Communicating with parents when emotional or behavioral incidents require reporting, Supporting staff during emergencies or complex emotional situations

Unit head Position
As a unit head, you’ll lead a team of counselors responsible for 50–60 campers. The position includes writing and managing the tribe's schedule, providing personal and professional support to counselors, setting goals, and equipping the team with tools to ensure the success of the group. Your mission is to lead your tribe to a meaningful, socially engaging, and impactful experience.

Office Manager Position
Overall responsibility for the camp office and office staff – including reporting, phone systems, printers, and more, Managing office operations and serving as the main point of contact with parents – providing excellent customer service, sharing relevant information, and resolving issues, Overseeing camper arrival and departure days (check-in and pick-up logistics)

Logistics Coordinator Position
The logistics team is responsible for the full operation of the camp – from pre-camp setup to the final breakdown at the end of the summer. The Logistics Coordinator oversees all equipment, safety, and infrastructure on site.

Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representatives to support our summer camp teams during the summer months.
The position is based at our head office in Galil Yam, Herzliya, and is a full-time role with availability required on Fridays as well.
Providing attentive, responsive service to parents of campers from Israel and around the world, Communicating parent requests to the camp team and relaying updates from the team back to parents, Supporting camp staff with logistical and service needs, Collecting and organizing all incoming inquiries and reports from various parties and forwarding them to the relevant teams.
